It's not even March yet. Things will open up as they always do, even if not as much as in normal years (since people are apt to hold onto their job/paycheck with the still less certain state of the world).

Still, new campuses are opening and people filling those positions are going to create new openings down the road as they always do. Just try to breathe through it and be patient.
