We had a rubberized, linoleum like floor put in our band hall during a remodel but the contractor failed to put any kind of water barrier to prevent water from seeping through the foundation. While it is super easy to clean and cuts down on the band hall being so noisy, it is now peeling and bubbling up after only two years. Just something to think about if you go that route.
