Check out "Best music for Beginning Band" by Dvorak/Floyd/Margolis pub. Manhattan Beach and "Teaching Music Through Performance for Beginning Band" - Both have lots of suggestions in various styles that are both UIL grade 1 and (a few) 2, and non UIL.

Granted you won't get anything new in the last 20 years, but it's a solid place to start looking for things you might already have or could easily borrow.
