I called Jerry and asked him if he had a march to fit our top band. We talked about my instrumentation and he said he’d write a march for us. We decided on a paso doble.

The phone call was on Thursday evening. He sent me a score and a midi recording Sunday night. It’s really good and the kids like it. They are excited to be the band that gets to premiere his work.
