My district expects teachers to not only teach in person and online, but also incorporate classes for absent teachers without a sub. Does anyone else have to do this? Does anyone get paid extra for this?

I really want to know where sub $ comes from. It seems that my school district is taking advantage of loyal teachers to cover for lack of subs by not paying what they would normally pay a sub. It is hard enough teaching hybrid.
