That sucks. No way should you be forced to take kids where you have o control over covid control. In this day and age, it is unconscionable.

As one person said, I would be looking for another gig.


As far as legal action, you MIGHT be able to say that you AND your students are being forced into a possibly unhealthy situation.

I would talk to my Principal (He is your direct supervisor, despite what the HD thinks). Be prepared to go looking for a gig, however.
