That's cool. I can't tell you how many inservice trainings I've sat in where the district brings in someone from the service center touting the latest, greatest save the world classroom teaching/management plans. Without fail, I will raise my hand and ask:

"How does this plan work in an unstructured classroom setting like a marching band rehearsal?"

Then Coach will ask the same thing, except replace "Marching band rehearsal", with "Football practice".

The response from the presenter has always been the same....crickets.
