I'm lucky. I'm in a small school in an isolated area and the administration here does not bombard the staff with all the latest, greatest, save the world trainings. We do no inservice training beyond the state or federal mandated trainings. They believe in allowing the teachers to teach and leaving them alone. I know, it's a rare thing.
