I just can't get an accompanist during COVID. I've drained all my resources, and am out of luck unless I want to pull someone in from a different part of the state.

Plan B:

I have Finale, and can make good recordings of piano parts, but I keep seeing the recommendation to use Smart Music rather than the Finale recording. I have the budget to get SM for my S&E kids, but am not sure if it can do anything for me that Finale can't other than matters of convenience.

Thoughts?
