I dont think they will "fire" you.

However if the quarantine happened after December 31st, all those days are coming out of your personal/sick days. So if it happens again and unless you have saved up a ton of days, your paycheck will be deducted. For my district in particular they will take away from my daily rate each day I am absent.

Hopefully you have plenty of days saved up!
