U took a hockey puck, used a drimel (sp) to cut out the center. Mounted it on a hammer handle. wrapped the outside edge of the puck with felt, then wrapped it like a mar mallet with yarn. best gong mallet I ever had. Left it at a former school, they won't give it back, lol.
