I'm in my 18th year of teaching, 4 different districts, probably 10 interviews taken throughout my career. Not *once* have I ever been asked about All-State students or what ratings or "who I beat at Region Marching." (FWIW...you don't "beat" anyone at Region Marching). Honestly, those types of questions would mark the end of my interest in that particular position.
