I'm in the same boat. I have 2 clarinets-7th graders who just missed, oh I don't know...the important half of 6th grade. I have one online kid who contributes very little and I don't anticipate him coming to join us for uil. I've got solid enough saxes that I'm going to rewrite the clarinet part for the alto saxes. I'm treating it like a second sax part so I'm not going to lose that part, just add the clarinet part to it.
