I am 100% certain that employers won't even LOOK at 2021 UIL scores unless they're good. Seriously. Everyone knows the crapsack that is this past year.

That being said, you can compete as ANY level in your class, AND you can compete with music a level lower. Play two grade 1s, compete as a SNV so you get two extra minutes in SR, and just do the best you can. Get music that's in Smartmusic if your kids have accounts.
