I'm brewing a recipe this weekend that calls for first wort hops. Do you remove the hops when you reach full boil or do you just leave them in?
I'm not that advanced of a brewer but isn't first wort hops mainly for aroma and boil hops are for bittering? I use hop bags so removing them is no problem. I'm not brewing a hop bomb; just hopefully a real good West Coast IPA. No haze.
