I am considering applying for elementary jobs this year for personal reasons, but mostly to have more time with my family in the evenings and on the weekends.

How many of you used to be band directors and now teach only elementary music? Was it a difficult transition? What types of questions came up during the interview process? Any help and/or insight is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
