Budget and stipends “are on the line” because apparently if we don’t go to UIL we’re not working, so central office/finance department/school board seem to all be the culprits. Who cares that there are other districts not placing these insane expectations on their staff AND STUDENTS because they know if they take care of their staff, their staff will take care of them by being grateful and not quitting and going somewhere better.
