This is my first year at this high school. So far,I have thrown out 372 pounds of sheet music, ie, copies of copies, etc.

The Ludwig catalogue lists "Marching and Dancing Bandsmen" (21 Standard Commands & 14 Dance-Rhythm Steps) for 75 cents!

As far as organization goes, I'm trying something radically different. I threw out all Southern Music folders (most were smelly and critter-chewed) and set up each Wenger storage as follows-
Drawer 1: UIL C/SR and concert marches,
Drawer 2: Solo & Ensemble, Jazz
Drawer 3: Concert Tunes
Drawer 4: Christmas and Marching Band.
12 ft. Library Shelf: Method books (Librarian gave it to us!!)

It's not perfect, but I'm just not a bean counter!
