Request to speak with your region secretary and share your concerns. If after discussing with the region secretary nothing changes once given an appropriate amount of time, have another meeting with your RS and bring 2 other HDs (band, choir, or orchestra) who share the same concerns. After this if there still isn’t the change in behavior you and others would like to see you can try contacting UIL and see if they will speak with this person, or eventually you will have to bring this matter up with your superintendent because it’s the Region Exec. Committee that hires the Region Secretary. It’s not as easy as electing someone because the position is not elected. It’s posted and hired by the Region Exec Committee which is usually made up of superintendents.
