Hello all!

Like many of you I'm struggling to find silver lining in my job right now and looking for some motivation.

Has anyone had any success (at the high school level) with virtual students, particularly in 2nd/3rd/4th bands? Any tips willing to share in keeping these kids, and in turn myself, motivated and participating, post-marching band?
