...first off I want to say that I'm glad that you recovered. However, respectfully, the symptoms you listed describe the same symptoms I had--save two--when I had a bad case of the flu when I was student teaching. The two symptoms I had, in addition to the ones you listed, were extreme photosensitivity, and a severe headache that went nonstop for three days no matter what I took. All of which took place in spite of having had the flu shot. Taking into consideration that the viruses that cause these illnesses are closely related, it only makes sense to conclude that they are going to have similar effects on the host body, and can have varying degrees of severity depending on said host body. And, to answer the OP's question, no I have not had COVID...I have been tested 4 times. I have no wish to get it, especially considering what I went through when I student taught.
