Hey everyone. I am reaching out solely to Head Band Directors and how you delegate responsibilities to your staff. I have 2 wind assistants. One is very strong and does things on their own. The other is much younger and needs more to do. Obviously, I could give away some of my responsibilities, but I wanted to see what you guys do.
