When you have a generation of kids who think "if you drink a capful of bleach and chase it with a capful of Mountain Dew, you can't get pregnant" (yes, really) then there's a significant issue with sex education.

We should be promoting condom use. We should be TEACHING condom use. Abstinence is the only 100% effective method of preventing pregnancy, but PEOPLE WILL HAVE SEX. Teaching them to do it safely should take priority over teaching them to follow arbitrary moral codes.
