Make Area virtual.

Everyone records their Region performance. You have the option to submit a new recording within 1 week of making a first division if you go to an invitational.

The 1st divisions get in like always. Submit them to online virtual panels. Those judges watch 15 randomly selected bands (by a computer lottery) out of all area entries. The top 3 out of each 15 advance. Number not divisable by 15? Add until you reach 20 bands (and at numbers greater than 15, 4 bands advance). Once you hit three "areas" with 20 bands, add another panel.
