I actually could not call this one because I feel a surprise coming our way here but;
A. Region 14 has Calallen who has been to state but not sure if they perform 4a shows yet (and there is a difference) but I could see them or maybe Robstown. Neither is known for playing but rather marching/effects so let’s see. (Huge holes here with no Alice or Beeville along with the big ones from 28)
B. Region 28 has Raymondville who has always been over shadowed by big 4a names in the valley so maybe a long shot because every school in 28 has so much emphasis on playing that it over shadows the flashy stuff.
C. This is truly open, but I think at least 1 or 2 from 11 which would squeeze out one of the above.

But I see a surprise in this Region to give non traditional names a long awaited trip to State.
