Well, thanks to COVID-19 all of the traditional powers don’t seem to be at this contest in 2020.

It’s sad to see, but at least this year at least two bands that may never breach a State berth may get a chance to get to San Antonio.

It’s a strange year with so many good groups not even able to go to region so it will be a bittersweet experience for many spectators as well.
