Not saying private schools don't have their huge challenges... but they are challenges by choice for those families. Public schools face the same issues, conflicts with sports, pull-outs.... and yes even reward parties. but public school parents are not paying 14k-25k in tuition every year. This is a choice with good things and bad things these families make. Many public schools have little or no budget, no support... If you live in a large city, then compete with schools in your area. You can't make parents put their kids in private lessons, but at least student in these expensive schools have a choice. Students in most small schools do not have that option.
