I've had a coach tell me that during a game...actually he yelled at me from 30 yards away because he yelled the coverage assignments from the sideline to the defensive backs and they couldn't hear us. The community actually got mad at him, not me after that because they saw that I was trying, and he was stopping us. Then, after halftime, he made a point to come over and apologize with a big hug so the whole crowd could see him apologize for it...he was a great coach to work with really, but that night was not his finest.

My current AD is a dream..."play loud and whenever you want...offense, defense. The louder you play, the less likely someone is to hear me cussing from the bleachers."
