Honestly hard to tell in my district. We have about 30% virtual, so I've got about 8-10 beginners that are virtual. Of those, I've only had 2 engage with online help. I fully expect if/when the others return I will have to figure something out to teach them individually to "catch them up" to the rest of the class.
I'm trying to teach them (and help as best as I can), but there's obviously only so much I can do, especially since we're doing in-person AND virtual and expected to do both full workloads.
