Don't be the kid that rationalizes their desire to quit band by trying to talk as many others as they can to quitting with them. Trying to break the system so that everybody suffers just because you are not getting your way is selfish.
If you don't like it, quit. Or ask your admin if you can teach online only.
There are tons of people going to work every day and coming into contact with hundreds of people they do not know - like you. At least in the classroom you get to control the people you are in contact with and the environment.
Saw a thing from Mike Rowe the other day that was great. Started out with this thought: "I am afraid, but I am not petrified."
This is a situation we have not seen in our lifetimes, and anyone that thinks there are any clear cut, simple, and most of all correct answers is an fool. This is truly a no win scenario. Whatever we do, people will die. Whatever we do, the economy and society as a whole will suffer. No one has any answer that will keep either of those things from not happening.
I guess we each have a choice (and I guess this goes beyond the back to school covid thing). Take responsibility for our own lives and making the best, most informed decisions we can for ourselves and our families, or plead with someone else to tell us what to do. Make your own choices or turn those choices over to some government official. For me, I think that I am the most qualified to make decisions about my life. My school is the most qualified to make decisions about my school. My community is the most qualified to make decisions about my community. And so on. But each step of that progression is less important than the first.
So again (and again, addressing generally, not the OP specifically), if you don't like it, quit. If you are okay with it, don't quit. If you are afraid (as honestly we all are) but are also weighing your career and stability for the long run (which is where 90% of us are) and not petrified, make the decision that is best for you and you alone after weighing all of your options. But don't be that kid.
