It's an anonymous board. We don't know how they know or if they know. What we do know is what the OP said: Coworker tested positive, didn't have a fever or symptoms, so decided to come to work anyway. I take that at face value. I have come to work with colds, sniffles, coughs, and the flu. Take medicine and deal with it. I will NOT do that this year and neither should anyone else. Especially not if they have tested positive for a virus that is known to be potentially deadly.
Feeling a little run down and still showing up, not knowing if you have it is irresponsible. KNOWING that you have it and showing up anyway should be criminal.
What can you turn me in for? Lets see, ignoring rules if I have a deadly virus, beating my children, abusing students or other staff members, stealing funds, hitting someones car and not leaving a note, insider trading, repeatedly not showing up to work and having my assistants cover for me... I could go on. All of those are legit reasons to rat me out. If you see me do them, have at it.
