What I'm ready to see is if the state or our school districts are brave enough to admit that having our extracurricular and after-school programs are too much of a risk at this time/this year and therefore need to be shelved.
I know that's not the popular opinion especially with regards to football and marching band. I can hear them now, "It's what's best for kids!" But is it? Or is it what's best for you and your ego? Quite shameful.
I fully expect everything to kick off like "normal". These strength and conditioning camps have proven that adults and students alike are not going to follow safety guidelines and just do what they want because it feels good.
Good luck everyone!
