If itís from 1924 or earlier, it could be in public domain. If itís more recent, you might check with either Alfred Music or Hal Leonard to see if they own the copyright, or if they can authorize copyright clearance. Usually publishers will have permission to arrange somewhere on their website. Since this would be used in public performance, you definitely want copyright clearance. You can pretty much arrange the tune however you want, once youíve received permission, paid the fee.
