No one who is a recognized scientist will put their names down as it will generate immunity, or it won't, there is not enough genuine science out there to tell. Generally yes, immunity will come for a time. SARS had a good length of time of immunity from reinfection, and MERS has about two years of antibodies they believe. Compare that to the common cold though and you can get it over and over again. I would personally guess the SARS that first went around is the better analog, but we cannot know for certain yet.
Depending on a foreign news site, rather than a reputable journal, education, or government site for information right now is going to generate a ton of misinformation. NIH, CDC, WHO, Pasteur, or universities are the sources that are most reliable giving information from specialists in the fields.
