No on football. It doesn't matter what Bubba "thinks" (usually he doesn't use a brain or seems not to have one). If then governor issues an executive order that football will not be held, it will not be held, period. I'm not saying this will happen. I'm saying IF the governor says it. If we are still being required to have social distancing, staggered schedules and the other stuff you mentioned, the kids playing football can't social distance since it's a contact sport. No, Bubba will have to go to a nose picking festival or something to occupy his "mind" on Friday nights if this comes to pass. I personally hope we can safely just have school as usual in the fall. But, like you, no one know what will happen in the future. By the way, I am a small school director, so I am very familiar with the football mentality. I live it year and year in my own school and am still shaking my head over how much support our 2-8 football team gets.
