I most a mile once or twice a day most days. I do strength training twice a week.
I accidentally discovered that if I put breafast off until about 10 and put lunch off until after 1 that I am not as hungry or snack during the day.
The freedom of the online schedule means I can make this work right now.
I'm also dusting off my dreams of working with teachers to help them preserve their own health by teaching better nutrition and activity habits.
We sacrfice so much of ourselves at the altar of teaching - we really ought to hang on to our health.
