My contract stated deadlines for refunds. I cancelled in the 50% refund time frame. My travel company told me that they will refund more if the vendors refund them. I don't care much for it, but I signed the contract. It's like the whole student loan forgiveness garbage. You signed the contract, keep your end of the bargain. If vendors choose to be gracious, good for them...they've gained me as a customer forever. If not, oh well. I'll go somewhere else next year.
If anyone has had to cancel their spring trips in-state or out-of-state, how has your travel company responded regarding refunds?
