The only fair that I'm aware of is the one that happens every fall, and they serve endless amounts of fried food.
No job is ever fair. There are "goods" and "bads" to every job. No matter your career, you will have to start off by putting on your big girl/boy pants and deal with crap you don't want to deal with.
Perspective is everything, and only you can change that. Until that happens, you will be miserable in every job you ever take. Shoot, Steve Jobs was poor and working our of garage, and look what he managed to do. If we could sit down with him today, I'm sure he'd tell you there were MANY unfair moments, and many times that he worked too hard for limited ends.
