I'm at a small 5A program, but I have to present to the school board on Monday 11/18 on why I should have a separate budget for color guard. I am completely lost on where to begin on how to present it. Any ideas or if you been in this situation, what did you say that helped you achieve in more money for your band program to pay for a competitive guard instructor or a separate budget for your color guard program. I don't know board meeting ediquite or what to expect, I'm a nervous 3rd year head band director that needs guidence.
