There would need to be a change in US Copyright law to do that. Changing copyright law moves slower than a glacier. The AFM just got a law changed regarding, IIRC--I'll have to go back to the International Musician and look, digital recordings and royalties. Took almost 4 years, and that is considered "quick".

No. Thanks to Tresona bullying UIL into this crap, only 1 video can be made for educational, archival use and CANNOT be sold. Why we band directors haven’t handed together and thrown a huge fit about this is beyond me!! Previous Message
