This would only be possible if coaches received an extra stipend for making post season or winning in the post season. I have worked in districts where this was the case. However, this would only help you if you advanced or made superior ratings at your contests.

Playoff football games come with the gig. You are expected to perform at every football game that the team plays at. It is a part of your stipend under any extra duties assigned.
