They are good, but I would consider them an intermediate model, so definitely a step below the two pro horns you mentioned. Iíve found that our kids who have them are consistently even flatter than normal in the 5th partial, which is a problem they donít have when I have them play one of our Xenos, so I feel itís an issue with that model rather than the players. They also are a large (.462) bore as opposed to the more standard ML (.459) bore, so less mature players may have a harder time getting the needed air support compared to a ML bore instrument.
Again, overall good, just a couple of things Iíve noticed.
Constructive opinions from trumpet players please on this horn.
Would use only for indoor concert band.
