Really retired has some very important information for young directors about sight reading! I have done and continue to do the same thing. I also get rhythms from SR information on the UIL guidelines for my classification, and build my own rhythm sheets.
I created a sight reading folder which I used year after year. They won't remember what is in it from year to year. They have trouble remembering last Thursday. Repetition on rhythms and dynamics and phrasing and. . . With the folder you have yourself set for years to come - add and subtract exercises and music as you want.
