And this is exactly why companies like this keep giving people the runaround. They know there's no consequences to their actions.
Your attorney may say "get a representative of the athletic department and BSN in the room and hammer out a contract agreement" and not file a lawsuit. However, the resolution to this interdepartmental conflict is above your pay grade. Let your principal know there is an issue, and if they choose to involve legal, so be it.
I don't want to jump to conclusions. It wouldn't be surprising if the problem really was our athletic department passing the buck. That's why I'm here asking for other peoples' experience.
If it turns out BSN is just giving us a runaround, I'll just call my credit card and dispute the charge. It's not worth a lawsuit over a t-shirt.
