Re: How do you handle contract days vs time off?
I like that "work when not on contract" part. I truly would like to see a mere Head Director enforce that. Heck, I would like to see a Superintendent enforce that. I had a secretary tell me once I had to attend inservice in July and I said "No". She told me I would be terminated if I did not. I'm still here 15 years later and she is gone.
