Re: new uniforms over a month late on delivery
It depends on the company and their rep.
It's been a battle for two years. You'd think an order of 400+ uniforms would catch their attention, but it didn't.
Customer Service for the company has been slow or completely unhelpful until you start emailing every contact you can find.
I will be professional enough to not name the company directly, but won't hesitate to share my experience when someone asks in person.
...in that case, my little out-in-the-middle-of-nowhere 1A band must really be a drum corps, or super high profile high school in disguise. We ordered 90 uniforms, and they were delivered a month early. No problems from the Biggie Uniform Company at all; stayed in contact with us the whole way keeping us "in the loop".
Unless you're a drum corps or super high profile high school, you don't matter.
