Visconti released the Ponte Vecchio in three different colors in 1995, and today these are quite hard to find. For sale here is a set of all three limited editions with matching LE number and nibs. Visconi made 1345 of each LE. I would really prefer to sell these as a set, as they are so hard to find, but I will consider selling them individually, along with their matching pencils, after July 31.
Each pen is marked with the LE number 897/1345.Each pen has an 18K broad nib and each has been professionally modified to a stub. The Ponte Vecchios are made from vintage celluloid, a celluloid sheet is wrapped around the pen, which allows to show the celluloid colors over the whole pen,as can be seen in the individual pen photographs. This avoids the polarization effect you get on pens like the Omas Arco, although the celluloid fold is visible. Note in photo 2 that there is a beautiful celluloid insert on each cap end. $925 for the set, which includes fully insured priority shipping in US.
