Waterman introduced their Cartridge Filler (CF) pen with cartridge and converter in 1953 and followed it in the ‘70s with the equally beautiful DG and then the Goutte. The CF and DG are especially fine examples of postwar design but have been under-valued because Waterman (unlike Parker) changed their converter and cartridge design and subsequently stopped production of the original CF ink converter and cartridges.
I bought a number of CF converters from Stanford and have some spare from my collection. I am selling three pairs of unused CF converters.
It makes using and collecting these pens so much more enjoyable to have the converter.
