Mont Blanc initiated its Writers Limited Editions in 1992. The Alexandre Dumas LE collection was issued in 1996 and is the fifth in the Writers Edition Collection. This is a stunning set with exceptional detail in the design and trim of each instrument. The fountain pen is one of the larger in the Writers series, with a huge beautifully engraved 18K nib the size of the 149 Diplomat nib.

This Alexandre Dumas set is limited edition number 1295, and each instrument, the mechanical pencil, ballpoint pen and fountain pen, is numbered 1295. Each instrument also has its original sticker, as shown in the photo. This set comes with the original Mont Blanc "book"box, outer storage factory box, and Limited Edition Booklet.

The set has been stored in its original box in a non-smoking home, and not
