An elegant Waterman Slim Goutte fountain pen with gold plated cap, barrel and section in a fluted design and the ball clip set with a malachite stone. The pen comes with two CF converters, worth £20 each.
Designed by Alain Carré, the Slim Goutte was introduced in 1980, combining both the modern classic line. The pen has the converter and 18k fine nib. Closed the pen is 13.5 cm and 15.5cm with the cap posted.
The pen was New Old Stock, never inked and in pristine condition when I bought it and I have just inked it once to test it. The converter works perfectly and the ink feed is excellent, well-controlled. I am also providing a spare converter (which also fits the Waterman Goutte, C/F and DG pens). It comes in the Waterman case.
